Registration fee information

To register for the XII-th International Conference on Speech and Computer (SPECOM'2007) you should perform the ON-LINE REGISTRATION. The registration fees can be paid in Euros (EUR) or Russian rubles (RUR). Please address your questions regarding the registration procedure to specomtech@yandex.ru.

To prepare the official invitation letters for you the Organizing
Committee must collect from you the following:
1. An exact copy of your passport (the best variant is to send scanned
copies directly to shleg@linguanet.ru). Please note that the passport
must remain valid 6 months past the date of your arrival in Russia.
2. The exact dates of your stay in Russia.
3. The city where you will get your visa.
4. The mail address and phone number of your job, the title of your
position.
5. Your home address, telephone and the private e-mail

Please send this information to both shleg@linguanet.ru and
specom2007@mail.ru no later than August, 1.

The following fees apply for attending the conference:

	Early Registration (up to July, 10)	Late Registration (up to September, 30)
Regular	350 EUR	500 EUR
Students/PG Students	130 EUR	200 EUR
NIS (New Independent States), Regular	200 EUR	300 EUR
NIS, Students/PG Students	50 EUR	100 EUR

(!) The registration service will not be available after September, 30.

1.The registration fee (Regular) covers:

• A hard copy of Proceedings;
• A copy of Proceedings CD/DVD;
• A Participant Kit;
• Coffee breaks, a banquette, a welcome party;
• A sight-seeing tour.
• Visa support (tourist visa)

2. Students paying reduced fees must have documents (eg a University ID card) confirming their student status in order to be admitted to the Conference.

The registration fee (Students) covers:

• A copy of Proceedings CD/DVD;
• A Participant Kit;
• Coffee breaks;
• Visa support (tourist visa)
